The Discover Farming classroom welcomed Symondsbury School Garden Group again to cook up another seasonal dish. The gardeners harvested courgettes from the growing fields, basil from the poly tunnels and a few extra ingredients from the shop to make a courgette and tomato pasta. The group agreed that picking your own produce and then creating a dish to eat was a really great experience. Keep your eyes peeled for Bridport Times write up in their August issue.
