Once again the Melplash Agricultural Society and Discover Farming will be joining up with the Marshwood Vale Farmers Cluster to run Open Farm Sunday at Coppet Hill, Denhay Farm Broadoak DT6 5NP on Sunday June 7th 2026.
Open Farm Sunday is a national campaign managed by LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) to give the general public the opportunity to connect with farmers to discover the world of farming and all that farmers do producing food, nurturing nature and protecting the environment for future generations. Since the first Open Farm Sunday in 2006, 2000 farmers across Britain have opened their gates and welcomed over 3.25 million people on to farms for farming’s annual Open Day. This year will be the Open Farm Sunday’s 20th anniversary!
